IXWebhosting provides a large number of features (click here for a chart) for a below-average monthly fee, most notably - unlimited bandwidth. This alone may seem like an option great enough for one to choose IX over any other web host, but this option may not work for every type of website.
Consider this: If every webmaster that demands a lot of traffic to their sites signs up to IXWebhosting in order to avoid worrying about exceeding their monthly bandwidth, the available bandwidth at any given time will be low. This may not be much of a concern to webmasters with small (mostly text-based) pages, blogs, etc, but if you require a lot of bandwidth and diskspace you may want to think about a dedicated server.
As all of IXWebhosting’s shared plans now include unlimited bandwidth and diskspace it is up to webmasters to analyze how they will use the hosting in order to determine if the possibility of a very busy server will cause issues in terms of user-friendliness for their site’s visitors.

IXWebhosting provides more than adequate features for small websites (or arsenals of small websites) at very low prices. Just remember to take into consideration the types of sites you wish to host with their services to determine if their packages are right for you.
